Equipment Failure / Breakdown

TDT Safety Training provides usage of not only our staff but also our equipment when requested by students. As such, because equipment can be unavailable due to mechanical breakdown, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance or other foreseen or unforeseen circumstances, TDT Safety Training may be unable to provide a vehicle and as such we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel and reschedule Behind the Wheel training that utilizes our equipment or supplies.  

TDT Safety Training also provides the opportunity for students and their employers to utilize the student or employer’s equipment.  As such, TDT Safety Training understands that from time to time a vehicle or equipment may not be available due to working conditions, weather conditions or foreseen or unforeseen circumstances including maintenance, scheduled or otherwise and are willing to work with a student and their employer in a mutually agreeable fashion to ensure the student has an opportunity to train in the vehicle that they made available.  We understand issues occur and hope that students also understand that as equipment are never guaranteed to work without incident, there may be times where circumstances are beyond anyone’s control.  

We will endeavor to provide a vehicle if requested for an additional cost if a student / employer has difficulty securing a vehicle.  We cannot always guarantee this, but we will do what we can to work with a student or their employer.
