TDT Safety Training – Weather Related Cancellations / Rescheduling Policies

TDT Safety Training is concerned about the safety of our students, employees and the general motoring public.  TDT Safety Training understands that there are specific weather and road conditions that make learning to drive a commercial vehicle challenging.  In the interest of safety and the mental / physical well-being of our students and staff if road / weather conditions are less than ideal, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule any behind the wheel or classroom training.

If the National Weather Service declares the following conditions are imminent or currently happening, we reserve the right to cancel behind training or classes:

Severe Thunderstorm Watch or Severe Thunderstorm Warning

Tornado Watch or Tornado Warning

Winter Weather Advisory

Winter Weather Warning

Ice Storm Warning

Blizzard Warning

Hurricane Watches / Warnings

High Wind / Extreme Wind Warnings

Dense Fog Advisory / Warning

If the local school districts where the behind the wheel / classroom training is to occur have delayed or cancelled classes due to road / weather conditions, we will follow suit and cancel / reschedule trainings.

If the State or Local Government has restricted travel due a variety of reasons, we will also cancel / reschedule training.
