Do I get a Certificate of Completion? How does the FMCSA or State know I passed?

TDT Safety Training is happy to provide a digital copy in PDF form of your Certificate of Completion for any of the classes or training time we spend with you.  We also will enter the time and completion / skills verification into the FMCSA and Training Provider Registry systems.  

Although we cannot control how fast the federal or state systems update, we do our best to ensure you receive proper documentation from TDT Safety Training within 48 hours of the successful completion of any of our courses.  

Please note, we make every attempt to keep a copy of the Certificates of Completion in an electronic form within our organization.  There are situations that occur where data may become lost, corrupted or unavailable, therefore we request that you save the original email and the original PDF to your own computer system or a cloud based backup system.  We don't plan to stop using the training system that we currently have access to, however as with all technology things change, technology becomes obsolete, systems are upgraded, etc.  Therefore we cannot guarantee that we will have access to your training records for more than 1 year post completion.  

If we do change training systems or make major changes to our data retention, we will let you know by email and with posts on our website and social media.
